Originally a branch of Kian Seng Restaurant which was located near the Yio Chu Kang Stadium, Kian Seng Seafood in Ang Mo Kio is now the main restaurant. Started in the 1970s by the current owner, traditional zi char dishes are to be had. Must-haves include steamed kampong chicken, suckling pig, tom yam potato flake prawns and Buddha Jumps Over The Wall. Portions are good. The restaurant is situated in a large, single-storey industrial building that houses other hawker stalls. Weekends can be particular crowded.
